What services do you offer?

We’re a non-profit organization that serves as a liaison between event planners and our members. Consider us your one-stop-shop service providers, we’re here to assist with the planning, promotional, and execution stages of your event.

Can I book events in the new Convention Center?

Yes, the new Puerto Rico Convention Center is open for business.  For more information on this new facility click here.

 

Do you provide tour recommendations?

Yes we do. We offer free tours which we coordinate with the San Juan Municipality. We can arrange tours of the Capitol Building, La Fortaleza, Old San Juan, and other historical sites. In addition, we are the liaison between our clients and operators on the Island that offer a variety of tours.

What types of giveaways do you offer?

We offer promotional items and gifts such as postcards, posters, and local arts & craft products. We have expert artisans that create tailored work for every price range, adjusting to the particular needs of your event.

 

How do you operate?

We’re a non-profit organization and an association of more than 500 member suppliers and service providers. Funding for the organization comes from a 12% of the local room tax, which gives us the opportunity to offer most of our services at no charge.

Do I have to pay taxes for shipments sent to Puerto Rico?

Most inbound shipments to Puerto Rico are subject to an excise tax.

Do you offer the same services a meeting planner offers?

No, we’re merely the liaison between our clients and our member service providers and suppliers, including meeting planners and destination management companies. We also serve as an information resource.

Do I need a visa or passport to come to Puerto Rico?
