Booking Unique Event Venues through the
PRCB
 
The Destination Services Department at the PRCB can assist you to
plan and coordinate theme parties, special events, cocktails or
receptions at the off-site venue of your choice.
The venues can be booked for the celebrations of theme parties,
gala dinners, banquets, cocktails, artistic presentations or
tours. Each facility has its own regulations and policies
regarding rental requirements and fees depending on the
government agency in charge of its administration.
The Bureau offers experienced staff who will act as your
liaison in securing any of the venues. We will help you save
considerable time and effort by booking the facilities on your
behalf. And our service is free of charge! Following are some
guidelines that will help you understand the process of booking
off site venues through the Bureau:
- Fill out the
information request form and a Destination Services
Coordinator will contact you to discuss details regarding your
event.
- The Bureau will verify for availability and make the
reservation of the facility on your behalf.
- You will receive notification / confirmation of the
reservation directly from the Bureau. You will also receive
additional information on payments, fees, security, insurance,
and cleaning requirements to be processed. The Bureau has
service members who can assist you with all these services.
- Any changes in the schedule or cancellations must be
notified to the Bureau with at least three weeks in advance.
Your Bureau representative will notify the agency of any
changes.
Plan to make your reservation with as much time in advance as
possible. Many agencies prefer reservations to be made as much
as one year in anticipation.
